Tubing Products

Mercury Products manufactures dipsticks, tubes and other tube products for your heavy-duty requirements. Dipstick standard designs are available in 1 to 1 1/4 inch diameters and include vents, filters, and spring steel blades that can be twisted for bent tube designs.

Mercury is also capable of handling tubing for minor brackets, grab handles, and pipe assemblies.

Corresponding tube assemblies are available in bayonet and filler styles to meet your specific application needs.

Materials: Hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminized stainless, or other upon your request.

Sizes: Standard dipstick & tube designs are 1" to 1" 1/4 , however we can accommodate for your application requirements as we offer tubing from 1/2" to 3".

Applications: Vehicles or equipment using diesel engines, transmissions, gear boxes, etc.

Assemblies: Tube and dipstick press fit or locking mechanisms are available.

Finishes: Zinc plated, chrome plated, high-heat paint, polished stainless steel, or other upon your request.
